The Reformer Stream builds on the Mat Stream Foundation and adds a whole new dimension to your pilates skill set with the inclusion of the full Reformer exercise repertoire. Stream includes:
- Level 1 Reformer (IR)
- Level 2 Reformer (AR)
Working with clients on the Reformer allow more options for progressing your clients’ workout. You’ll learn:
- in-depth postural theory and biomechanics
- how to use and adapt the limitless capabilities of this versatile device for both private and group settings
- how to create flowing and energetic reformer workouts for your clients need
Reformer Stream Outline:
Level 1 Reformer (IR)
This course teaches students how to design and instruct Level 1 reformer workouts in personal settings for a range of clients. We recommend completing IMP first.

This course covers how to intensify the reformer repertoire to provide a stimulating workout for athletes, dancers and highly conditioned clients.
