* All prices are in U.S. dollars.
* The host site is responsible for covering travel costs, accommodations and per diem for the instructor trainer.
The cost of equipment and course materials is not included in the prices shown above.
* A 25 percent non-refundable deposit is required in advance to reserve an instructor trainger for hosting a course or workshop.
* Deposits are non-transferable.
