    Once you have determined the best education track for you to pursue, please complete the following steps:

    1.) Fill out a course or workshop application and pay application fee.

    • Please note that there are different applications for Instructor courses and
      Rehab courses
    • A $25 one-time only application fee is required when applying for courses.
    • If have taken courses at another Licensed Training Facility, you will NOT need to pay the application fee.
    • If you have already taken a course at our facility, then you will NOT need to pay the application fee.

    2.) Submit the Anatomy Quiz
    If you are opting out of the Functional Anatomy course, please take the time to complete our online Anatomy Quiz. if you are new to Pacific NW Pilates. This information will help us determine your level of proficiency in anatomy.
    **Health Practitioners and returning course students do not need to complete the anatomy quiz.

    3.) Certification Interview

    • Once we have received your application and fee, you should hear from us within 3 days to set up an interview if you are a first time applicant to our facility.
    • If you have already taken courses at our facility, you will not be called for an interview, but we will contact you to let you know that we have received your information in an email.
    • If you do not hear from us, please give us a call as we may not have received your information.

    4.) Collect Letters of Reference & Graduate Certificates.

    New students (not health practitioners) will need to provide one letter of reference from individuals that have worked with you in a pilates, exercise or teaching setting.  Health Practitioners applying for the Rehabilitation course program will need to fax or email graduate certificates.

    5.)  Setting your schedule and making payment

    Once you have been accepted into the course program for which you are applying, we will confirm your course schedule and payment. A $170 deposit for the Exam fee will be collected at the time of course payment. Payment plans are available for individuals signing up all at once for training and materials that cost over $2000. We also accept Visa, Discover and Mastercard.
