- full range of exercises on the Cadillac (Trapeze Table), Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector & Arc Barrel
- how to address a wide range of clients’ needs and design personal programs for them
Cadillac, Chair & Barrel Stream Outline:
Level 1 Cadillac, Chair and Barrels (ICCB)
ICCB prepares you to teach Level 1 exercises (Essential and Intermediate) on this equipment.
Level 2 Cadillac, Chair and Barrels (ACCB)
Instructors will learn Advanced-level exercises that will place demands on the body in different planes of motion using the full range of STOTT PILATES equipment.
